Skin takes time — so give Solvee a fair go. Use it consistently as directed
for at least 60 days. If you don't see a difference, email hello@solvee.co.uk
with your before and after photos within 60 days of delivery, and we'll refund
you in full. No need to return anything.

How to claim:
Email hello@solvee.co.uk with your order number and we'll process your refund
to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@solvee.co.uk within 30 days
with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Your legal rights:
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Under the UK
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days
of receiving your order. Note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that
have been opened or unsealed may be exempt from the standard return right — but
our 60-Day Guarantee above covers you regardless.
